What does "Error 28" mean?

If you are getting following error:
"Error 28: Logical volume on mirror server is already configured to replicate with another
logical volume on remote host." probably you have wrong configuration of your replication tasks. Please investigate all of your tasks and check if they are adjusted to current system configuration.
