Problem: The system had a failover incident. It fails over to the secondary system without any issue. But when trying to failback the volumes they did not get synchronized and I could not failback. Symptoms: Trying to create a new failover task and got "error 25 - No destination volume found." Under the volume replication task primary and secondary systems have Destination mode. Solution: The recap for the problem was: * Turn off iSCSI Failover Manager on Primary * Disable all iSCSI Failover Tasks on Primary & Standby * Delete all Volume Replication Tasks on Primary * Toggle Volume Replication bit for each Logical Volume on Primary & Standby (don't Initialize!) * Create all Volume Replication Tasks on Primary * On Standby Only, change each Volume Replication Volume to destination mode * On Primary Only, start all volume replication tasks * On Primary Only, add all Volume Replication Tasks to the Failover Manager * On Primary Only, start iSCSI FailOver Manager
