DSS V7 WebGUI access/certificate problems.

If you are using older versions of DSS V7, up12 for example, please follow this procedure to re-generate certificate and upgrade the node to up65:

1. Go to CLI console and press: CTRL+ALT+T > 4. Time configuration
2. Change date to December 2017 and "Apply". After that, agree to certificate regeneration.
3. Restart the System.
4. Upgrade to DSSv7 up65 via: DSS WebGUI > Maintanance > Software update > Browse > Apply:
ftp://software:UuPpDdAaTtEe@ftp.open-e.com/_DSS_V7/DSS_V7_up65_build_26898/ISO/dss7.0up65_b26898.oe_i.iso

5. Reboot the node. Change date back to the current.


If you are using older versions of DSS V7 (up12, up16 for example) and you cannot update system to the latest version (for any reasons):

1. Go to CLI console and press: CTRL+ALT+T > 4. Time configuration
2. Change date to December 2017 and "Apply". After that, agree to certificate regeneration.
3. Restart the System.
4. Install small update:
ftp://software:UuPpDdAaTtEe@ftp.open-e.com/In_Engineering_Phase/70662-DSS-V7_openssl_cert_old_builds/upd_70662-DSS-V7.upd

5. Reboot the node. Change date back to the current and reboot for the last time.


If you are using DSS V7 version up60 or up65 and you are experiencing certifiacate issue, install small update from the attachment and reboot system.
