Symptom: I lost connection to my primary server
Problem: The primary server had failed while running volume replication
Solution: On the Destination server go to Configuration -> Volume Manager -> Volume Replication -> Volume replication Mode
Change the logical volumes from destination to source and clear the metadata then click apply
Additional information: When running Volume Replication the destination volumes are not available while they are selected as destination volume. When they are changed to source your users can now see and map to the volumes.
