Can I connect 2 servers to dual port FC card?

Problem:
We have a dual port fiber channel card and I want to connect two servers one to each port, is it possible?
Solution:

Yes, as each port has it's own WWN, you can connect 2 servers.

Will the FC connection been reset if partitioning a new volume?       If I have FC switch can FC initiators see the FC target?
