Problem: 

There is a potential issue with the MegaRAID Controller and HBA 9500 series from Broadcom.

There is a risk that the controller will lose its configuration after a server restart. 

Solution: 

The problem can be resolved by a firmware update (including PSoC) and changing the storage profile, if no NVMes are being used. The following link describes the problem and solution:
