[DSS V6][DSS V7] How to connect to iSCSI target using Solaris 10?

Additional information:

Problem:

Cannot connect to the iSCSI target using Solaris 10.
The customer was able to connect to my iSCSI target using Solaris 8 which had Cisco iSCSI initiator compatibility.
In Solaris 10 he has to use the built-in initiator and that's where he has the issue.

Symptoms:

Cannot connect to the iSCSI target using Solaris 10.

Solution:

While creating target change untick "Target Default Name" and set:

iqn.2009-07.com.open-e:<dss name>.<target alias>

Following commands should be used to connect to iSCSI target:

iscsiadm add discovery-address 192.168.248.213:3260

iscsiadm modify discovery --sendtargets enable

devfsadm -i iscsi

then commend "format" should be used to format iSCSI target.
