I cannot see my FC targets after rebooting the server.

Symptom:   FC Targets inaccessible after a reboot of the server.  Problem occurs with QLE2462 FC HBA.

Problem:   A known issue with versions of DSS previous to Build 3216.

Solution:   Make sure FC attached initiators are disconnected before rebooting.
                    Upgrade to version 47 3216 to eliminate the issue.

Additional information:   You can obtain the 3216 iso image to burn to a bootable CD on our website.  www.open-e.com

Open-E software impacted:    DSS 46 3084 and earlier
